In early December 2007 Odette joined Challenge Recruitment Ltd as General Manager, Sales and has since been promoted to the business' Chief Executive Officer. She has worked across a number of business streams including Industrial / Blue (both heavy & light including Transport), Commercial, Engineering & IT. Odette's background includes the banking & finance sectors, various Government departments and involvement in recruiting for some of Australia's largest blue chip companies. Odette's experience within the recruitment arena spans over 13 years in both State & National capacities.
Stephen Bebbington, State Manager, WA
Stephen Bebbington comes to Challenge Recruitment Ltd extremely well credentialed with 3 years experience with Employment Plus in WA leading a team of 20 personnel and 17 years experience as an Administration Manager. Steve also has 3 years experience in the training arena. Given Steve’s experience in recruitment, Job Networking, Administration, Finance and Training, together with a Diploma of Business and an Advanced Diploma in Leadership and Management he contributes a high level of business knowledge and people/client management for the team in WA and for Challenge Recruitment Ltd as a whole.
Charlotte Gribbin, Regional Manager, Vic & SA
Charlotte Gribbin is an experienced recruiter with more than ten years experience recruiting both contract and permanent staff. Having moved from the UK at the end of 1999, Charlotte has spent the last six years in Australia as a specialist recruiter for the logistics industry. This position included all Blue and White collar recruitment roles. Her experience predominantly lies with large transport and warehouse organisations recruitment covering all aspects of staffing requirements. Recruitment for the broader logistics industry demands both a thorough understanding of the industry as well as an established network of strong contacts to access top-level candidates, especially when dealing with a mix of white and blue collar candidates and Clients alike.
Charlotte has gained an outstanding profile and reputation for knowledge and integrity in the industry and more specifically her understanding of the related processes behind running a successful Distribution Centre or Warehouse operation.
Charlotte also utilises strong ties to the Logistics Association of Australia and regularly networks with seminars and workshops. She has recruited for many large sized company's and in 2005 took on the promotion of becoming State Manager Victoria for Challenge Recruitment Ltd.
Taneille Rielly, Regional Manager, Qld & NSW
Taneille Rielly joined Challenge Recruitment Ltd in 2005 as the OHS Manager - NSW and QLD. Prior to this, Taneille was part of the National HR and OHS Management Team at Rebel Sport (5 Yrs), in this role she managed both the day to day and strategic HR/OHS function across 75 group company stores.
Taneille's operational and senior management experience provide a solid foundation for her to drive business excellence in both performance and compliance.
Taneille holds an internationally recognized auditor qualification and membership to RABQSA along with an Advanced Diploma in OHS. Taneille manages our Surry Hills, Parramatta, Newcastle, Brisbane and Gold Coast offices.
