Challenge Recruitment Ltd operates under a number of brand names that reflect our diversified service offerings to Australian business. These include Choice HR and the Australian Personnel Consortium. The Choice HR Brand is represented in NSW only whilst the Australian Personnel Consortium is represented nationally for the provision of service to Telstra.

Challenge Recruitment Ltd operates a decentralised management structure that sees each branch operating in a fully autonomous manner. This enables each branch to seamlessly manage the servicing of their client base from the recruitment process right through to the generation of necessary reporting requirements of each client. This is unique in the Australian recruitment industry as it enables our clients and candidates immediacy in response times and the empowerment of our staff to make a difference in meeting your needs.
Our corporate management structure, includes a senior management team reporting to our Chief Executive Officer, who in turn reports on a monthly basis to the Rubicor board. Challenge Recruitment Ltd was established in 1991 and since then the company has grown into a major national company in the area of recruitment services and labour hire provision, and now covers the full spectrum of human resource services. In 2007 Challenge Recruitment Ltd became a subsidiary of the Rubicor Group. The Rubicor Group is one of Australia and New Zealand's largest and most diverse recruitment and human resource consultancy groups. Established in 2005, Rubicor member companies bring together some of the best and most experienced people in the field of recruitment and organisational development. Members of Rubicor offer serach, selection, volume recruitment, professional and support level contracting services plus learning and organisational development solutions. With offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Perth, Adelaide, Auckland and Wellington, Rubicor's industry expertise is wide and varied.
