With more than 16 years of experience in the payroll and PEO industry, Jackie leads the day to day operations for Choice HR. Jackie has been with Choice HR since our inception, she has been vital to our success and our impeccable reputation for client satisfaction. She is a member of the American Payroll Association and holds Certified Payroll Professional Certifications.
| Cindy Laviolette, PHR, SHRM-CP, HCS (Director of Human Resources and Client Services)
Cindy joined the management team in 2016 as our Human Resource Manager, overseeing both internal human resource functions, and seeing to our client’s needs for training, guidance on federal and state regulatory laws, and minimize their exposure to employment liability. In these days of ever increasing law suits, Cindy’s number one focus is to provide our clients with straightforward, compliant, business-focused solutions that are easy to understand and implement. After 6 months of dedicated efforts to strategically grow our business, Cindy was promoted to Director of Human Resources and Client Services, where she and her team continue to reach our clients with the friendly, practical customer service that only Choice HR offers.Cindy is a graduate of Villa Nova University and is certified for Professional Human Resources through HRCI, SHRM-Certified Professional through SHRM and is certified as a Human Capital Strategist through the Human Capital Institute. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management, HR Tampa, and the Human Capital Institute. Cindy enjoys public speaking and training – our clients benefit from the customized training that is readily available. She contributes over 24 years of PEO experience from organizations such as ADP TotalSource and Oasis Outsourcing, where she directed payroll operations, human resources and client services. Cindy and her team offer their expertise with the employment law and business strategies which provide a great benefit that’s available to all of our clients.
|Angel Beltran (Director of Risk Management)
Angel Beltran joined CHOICE HR’s management team in 2014. Angel is in charge of Choice HR’s risk management and insurance programs. He brings decades of insurance, risk management and safety expertise to Choice HR’s client base. Prior to joining Choice HR, he served as VP of Risk Management for several PEOs such as Advantec, Sunshine Companies and Presidion Solutions. Angel is actively involved in developing new markets to further expand the company’s footprint. His primary role is to oversee the workers’ compensation underwriting process, claims management and all other activities surrounding Choice HR’s risk management platform. He has developed and implemented the company’s risk management systems and manages the negotiation of key supplier relationships. Over the past 28 years, Angel has demonstrated outstanding leadership and strategic development across a wide array of industries, including key roles in traditional P&C carriers, PEOs and engineering consulting consortiums. Mr. Beltran majored in Aeronautical Engineering and received a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in 1984.
|Carey Paul (Benefits Manager)
Carey joined CHOICE HR’s management team in 2013. As Benefits Manager Carey is responsible for benefits eligibility, the set-up process for all client plans, client services and all benefit related needs. She has over 15 years of benefits administration experience and is a licensed 2-15 Health & Life (Including Annuities & Variable Contracts). Prior to joining CHOICE HR, Carey served as the Benefits Manager at Outback Steakhouse Inc, currently known as Bloomin Brands. Carey has lived and worked in the Tampa Bay area her entire life.
